Bureaucracy Hinders Northern Gateway Pipeline Project

Building Pipelines and Deep Port Facilities take a lot of time for public hearings, government approvals and land claim negotiations; but Canadians must ask themselves “Do You want to make Mega Dollars in Revenue or Do You want to leave the resources in the ground?”. the big question is: “How long are the Asian Markets going to wait for all of this Hydrocarbon Product promised to them”. Even if all the approvals and negotiations were completed, with shovels in the ground today it could take more than 4 years to start shipping Hydrocarbon products. Are buyers willing to wait that long for a product they can get elsewhere right now and possibly at a better prices?
